Bad Days Happen Because of Malnutrition

You ever have one of those days where no matter how hard you try, you just can’t get over your apathy? I usually have those days for a number of reasons. One of the most powerful instances is when I overwork myself and deplete the creative side of my brain. More often than not, bad days happen because of malnutrition.

That is a fact for most of us.

It makes it very difficult to care about pretty much anything when you just can’t bring yourself to follow even the most rudimentary tasks you have set for the day.

As Always, Bad Diets Are The Issue

The truth is that it is not just because of overexertion or from feeling ‘burned out’. It’s the lack of a proper diet that causes much of it. Eating too many carbs can also be another powerful indicator that something is wrong. I remember how I used to force myself to work through a stressful day. It led me to almost getting fired from my day job because of how badly I was doing.

The issues with bad health is not a joke. We must always be careful what we eat and how much of it. Especially, when you have a desk job with very minor exercising activities.

It’s the worst during days when you set out to get a lot of things done, but halfway through the day you realize that you have been slugging along. It can be very frustrating and you may end up despising yourself for being ‘lazy’.

Let’s Clear This Up

Bad health does not necessarily = being lazy. I wonder if they will ever create some technological component in the future that will show you exactly how our brain looks like when it’s being set back due to bad help.

It’s a total nightmare sitting there trying to make sense of it all when all you could think of is grayness. It’s like there is a mist in front of your eyes.

They’re almost worth the high blood pressure. Almost.

So, about those carbs. Yeah, if you just randomly find yourself going to the kitchen and grabbing a cookie to eat, your body is not going to like that. Good luck trying to focus on anything positive afterwards.

The recommended thing to do in these situations is to recognize that your day isn’t going as well as you expected it to. Just take a few deep breaths. Everything will be alright.

Don’t try to force it out of yourself unless you are fully in tune with yourself and your surroundings. Even then, your mood can go south pretty quickly.

This is why having good health is important. Especially if you are like me and have a job that requires you to sit in front of a computer screen all day. It’s highly recommended that you eat properly and exercise daily. I can’t express just how important it is unless you want problems like these to arise.

We Are Creatures of Habit

Doing things outside of our daily routine will make us feel lazy. I had to force these things out of me and it wasn’t an easy battle.

Neglecting to take good care of your body is no different than falling asleep on the freeway. You are putting yourself at risk for no logical reason.

When was the last time you got a good 8 hour sleep? Do you eat at fast food restaurants? Have you ever sat in front of your tv until your legs felt like they were falling asleep?

These are the kinds of questions we should all ask ourselves and take the proper actions to deal with those problems.

From time to time, you might find yourself having a bad day like this. Know that you were most likely the cause of it and take action to repel it. It’s our health, so we should take good care of it.

What is the point of living life when you can’t even enjoy it?
